Experienced and Strategic
Suzette qualified in December 1978 after completing her training in West London where she gained extensive experience in general litigation, family work, and Conveyancing.
She commenced her own practice in 1984 with most of her work deriving from personal recommendations by satisfied clients.
The practice moved to Finchley in 1985 and now incorporates 3 partners and five offices
Suzette herself now undertakes domestic and commercial Conveyancing, probate, landlord and tenant, family, and civil litigation including claims for breach of contract and professional negligence. She aims always to provide clients with a professional service in an efficient and sympathetic way.
Suzette is married with 3 grown-up children, and her interests include playing bridge, ballet, and cinema.
Osman Mekki has a wealth of experience in a number of Middle Eastern jurisdictions and has worked on a number of prominent mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He has been in private practice both on his own account and as a partner for over 20 years including practising abroad. With the Firm, Osman is involved primarily in assisting clients with contentious and non-contentious matters relating to property, banking and finance as well as corporate & commercial issues.
In addition, he is also actively involved in counselling clients in upstream and downstream oil and gas transactions and mineral rights.
Salah trained at Newman law and obtained his qualifications as a Solicitor in 2019.
He deals with general litigation and family matters.
Jay was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 after completing articles with Lord Chelmer and John Cooper at Iliffes.
He has been in private practice both on his own account and as a partner for over 30 years including practising abroad.
His specialist areas of interest are
Offshore trusts and specialist services for expatriates and foreign clients setting up business in UK.
On a personal note:-
He is a past president of Rotary Club of Paddington and he is involved with a number of charitable activities in the UK and abroad.
In particular, he is involved in the setting up of a school for disadvantaged children in India.
He loves traveling and spends a lot of time abroad.
He loves cricket and swimming and tries to practice yoga once a week.
