Hannah Dowling

Hannah is a Consultant Solicitor working in the Conveyancing department at Newman Law LLP; she holds a Masters Degree in Law having followed an approved integrated programme in Legal Practice.

 

She covers a range of areas in the country however is based in Whitby, North Yorkshire, where she manages a small team of staff. She prides herself in guiding clients through the process in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a high level of service is maintained at all times and receives positive feedback in all areas of her work. Hannah is able to advise and accept instructions in all Conveyancing related queries including but not limited to sale and purchase matters, re-mortgage, assent, transfer of equity matters including complex transfers of part, first registration formalities, lease extensions, new-build transactions, right to buy and shared ownership leases.
